We're All Exhausted!

Organizations and communities are exhausting resources to transform institutional systems that push people to the margins of our society. Still, they are beyond frustrated with their progress, especially in making meaningful policy changes.

People and communities are beyond exhausted by never-ending barriers that keep them from realizing the change they are owed. One major barrier is the failure to teach how our federal government enacts laws and policies. This leaves people and communities with few ways to hold lawmakers accountable besides voting.

Advocates are past the brink of exhaustion because they are giving of themselves at the expense of themselves.

At Thrive Architects, we know your exhaustion is real.

We also know exhaustion disrupts the “sphere of change” — advancing change through strategy, policy know-how, and the well-being of advocates. If your advocates are burned out, you cannot effectively implement a strategy. If directly impacted individuals do not understand how policy works, they are not fully centered and engaged in your strategy.

Our commitment is to work with you and your organization holistically because the sphere of change is interconnected.

This means we fully support non-profit and for-profit organizations in three ways. We will work with you to:

  • 1 Create and implement substantive policy forums and nuanced strategic plans, including progress-oriented engagement plans for Congress and the Executive Branch.
  • 2 Position individuals and the communities you serve (and your employees, too) to become sophisticated policy-informed advocates.
  • 3 Prioritize the well-being of your advocates by focusing on their own belonging in their careers.

We invite you to have a conversation with us about your organization’s priorities and needs in moving the sphere of change forward.
