You may be asking: “How am I supposed to make everyday work decisions or career moves when I feel burned out and detached from myself?”
We know it is difficult to focus on self-advocacy when you are constantly second-guessing yourself, reacting to everyone’s needs, or trying to prove your worth, all in the name of success. This is because you are never at rest, even when you are resting.

Thrive wants you to think differently about approaching your career journey, especially BIPOC women and non-binary individuals. We offer Thrive Coaching and Rest Programs to help organizations prioritize the well-being of their advocates and that advocates themselves are doing the same.
Thrive Coaching
Thrive Architects offers one-on-one executive and career coaching sessions for advocacy professionals who are mid-level in their careers or have transitioned into senior positions at their organizations.

Thrive Architects offers workshops and programs for organizations and individuals interested in well-being programs that go beyond self-care and physical rest.
At Thrive, we define mental rest as “a liberating form of self-acceptance in which you navigate the world through a conscious understanding of yourself.”
We offer two types of rest programs to support organizations and advocates. No matter the program, our facilitation approach is grounded in honesty and vulnerability through storytelling, creative expression, and reflection exercises. Our conversations encourage advocates to think differently about their interiority, the value of rest, and how rest can enliven each of us.
Rest Workshops
We offer stackable workshops on various topics that explore our rest continuum, ranging from exploring our relationship to physical and mental rest, to setting boundaries, to intentions setting in a space of mental rest. Each workshop ranges from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the organization’s needs. We also curate workshops upon request that combine two or more topics from the rest continuum.
Journey of Rest Programs
We have created a six-session program for cohorts of 10-15 people to build community while learning about the rest continuum. Each session (except the introductory session) is 75 minutes. Organizations can work with us to host the series for their advocacy professionals. Individuals can sign up on the waitlist to learn when Thrive offers our Journey of Rest programs throughout the year. These sessions can be conducted virtually or in person.
